Whether you’re in your first trimester or preparing for delivery, this class offers practical tips and guidance to help you feel your best and give your baby the healthiest start.

Throughout her career, Lisa has built lasting client relationships grounded in trust, education, and compassion. She believes nutrition is not one‑size‑fits‑all and takes pride in crafting personalized plans that address both medical needs and goals.
